1. Services
Ask Godswill Inc. provides business consulting, life coaching, educational courses, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to business planning, credit building, funding strategies, and personal development coaching.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (for paid services) or email confirmation (for free consultations). You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
- Consultations: Refunds available if cancelled 24+ hours before the session
- Courses: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of enrollment
- Memberships: Cancel anytime; no refunds for the current billing period
- Service packages: Non-refundable once work has commenced
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, course curricula, templates, and resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of Ask Godswill Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
Our consulting and coaching services are for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or success. Individual results may vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ask Godswill Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as needed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
